Determine if your size is small, medium, large or X-large, by looking up your head size OR your hat size on the chart below. To measure your head size, use a cloth measuring tape to measure around your head, approximately one inch (1") above your eyebrows.

small 7 - 7 1/8 21" - 21 1/2"
medium 7 1/4 - 7 3/8 22" - 22 1/2"
large 7 1/2 - 7 5/8 23" - 23 1/2"
X-large 7 3/4 - 7 7/8 24" - 24 1/2"

All orders are processed and shipped immediately (standard shipping rates apply).

In most cases, orders are shipped UPS Grounds.

Custom Orders take longer to ship (usually 3-6 weeks).

If your order is a gift, SHENOR can package and ship your purchase to its intended party.

SHENOR is happy to ship your order next day air for an additional cost (standard rates applies). 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ONLINE SHENOR.COM order, please return items (via mail) within 7 days of receipt, store credit will be issued. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.



Return Orders are store credit only.

Returns are accepted through the mail (within 7 days of receipt) If the return is a result of our error, please contact Client Services at 1 215-681-8303 and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/HANDLING: Freight, insurance, and packing fee charged to the customer. Any duties and tariffs incurred on the delivery end of shipment are the responsibility of the customer. SHENOR COLLECTIONS is not responsible for any additional fees incurred once the hat is delivered to its destination. FEDX OR UPS shipping services are used for most shipments. A handling charge of $25 minimum will be applied per item ordered.

DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF SHIPMENT: Each SHENOR COLLECTIONS product is fully insured. When your shipment arrives, if it is badly damaged in any way please refuse it and call SHENOR COLLECTIONS at 1 215-681-8303 or email us right away. SHENOR COLLECTIONS will then file the appropriate damage report once the hat is returned . If you choose to accept the damaged package, you are then responsible for contacting the delivery provider yourself regarding the damage that occurred due to shipment and filing  a damage report.
